Vacuum Separation Furnace
Key points

Why it earns its place on your floor

Zinc leaves as metal, not as dust

Zinc is drawn off as vapour and condensed back into saleable metal, so you are not losing it into the baghouse.

Clean copper, tapped straight out

With the zinc removed, the copper stays inside the crucible and is tapped at a grade you can sell without discount.

One run instead of two

Vacuum separation replaces the separate melting and dressing steps, cutting both energy and labour per tonne.

Specification

Technical data

Values marked as approximate are typical for a standard build; final ratings are confirmed in the technical agreement for your order.

Need a different capacity, frequency or configuration? We build non-standard units.
